Summary Report

N Solution v2.0 provides a summary report for sample size calculation based on different data types. The summary report is generated under various study designs and hypotheses testing for equality, superiority, and non-inferiority/equivalence. The summary report is ready for inclusion in the final study protocol.

Randomization Codes

N Solution v2.0 provides an extensive range of validated randomization functions and allows the users to enter names for the groups, and the total sample size for designs with unequal sample sizes, centers/strata, choice of block sizes, and randomization seed to meet your needs in design and analysis of clinical trials.

N Solution v2.0 also provides stratified randomization per request. Users can save or print randomization lists, or paste into a document or a spreadsheet and make labels for envelopes or ID stickers for data forms.

Validation

All functions and procedures of the N Solution v2.0 have been validated against current existing software in the marketplace. In addition, the results obtained from the N Solution v2.0 were also checked against the examples given in the book Sample Size Calculations in Clinical Research. N Solution v2.0 has been tested for computational accuracy across table-specific ranges of parameters. The validation reports for each table contain a list of parameter values tested and the source swere well documented.
